The University of Anbar organizes a scientific workshop on UN Resolution 1325 and its objectives.
The Women's Affairs Unit at the College of Education in Al-Qa'im organized a scientific workshop titled: "UN Resolution 1325 and How to Achieve Its Objectives."
The workshop discussed the challenges hindering the implementation of the resolution at the local and regional levels, as well as the key national mechanisms adopted to achieve its objectives, particularly in light of the current political and security conditions.
The dialogue sessions focused on the importance of enhancing women's participation in decision-making processes and sustainable peacebuilding, contributing to a more inclusive and just society.
This workshop is part of the implementation of the third National Plan for Women, Security, and Peace under the pillar of Protection and Prevention – Paragraph Six
