 Under the patronage of the respected Professor Dr. Salah Awad, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, and with the support of the scientific departments in the college, the Women’s Affairs Unit in our college launched the “Journey of Light” campaign, “releasing science and knowledge around.” The first stop of that journey was in the College of Medicine, in cooperation with the Unit. Women's affairs in the College of Medicine. At this station, the workshop entitled (Generative Artificial Intelligence and its Applications in the Labor Market) was presented. Professors in the Intelligence Department, Professor Dr. Atheer Basil Abdel Karim and Lecturer Dr. Mohamed Salah, lectured at the session. The session was moderated by the head of the Women’s Affairs Unit, Dr. Makarem Abdel Wahed Al Turki. The workshop included an explanation of the concept of generative artificial intelligence, its methods, benefits, and ways of using it. The workshop ended with important outcomes (about the future and the labor market after the amazing development that occurred in generative artificial intelligence techniques and its connection in multiple areas of human life and its entry into advanced stages in reaching human thinking, decision-making and problem solving. Through which we expect the wide spread of its tools in various fields, our goal is the cognitive empowerment in this field for all segments of society outside and within the university.

Anbar University Participates in the Iraqi Police Celebrations on the Occasion of its 103rd Founding Anniversary. In a move that reflects the spirit of cooperation and solidarity between educational and security institutions in Anbar Governorate, the College of Science, represented by the Women's Affairs Unit and college students, participated in the celebration of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Iraqi Police. This participation came to confirm the important role played by the security forces in maintaining security and stability in the country, as students presented flowers to the Iraqi police in appreciation and appreciation for their great role in protecting the homeland and the citizen. During the celebration, brochures were distributed about the Iraqi police and the history of its establishment, in order to enhance awareness among students about the importance of this security apparatus in the history of Iraq.
