This problem becomes more dangerous the more the country relies on information technology and its connection to cyberspace, because cyberattacks can It undermines national security. Any technical gap will lead to major losses for the state in its official institutions and for its citizens. These losses do not stop at the material aspect only, but will also directly affect the moral aspect, as it will cause damage to the psyche of citizens and their leaders, as it generates a general conviction of the weakness of the state’s ability to Protecting citizens and institutions, and therefore it can be said that cybersecurity is a necessary national security issue that must be understood carefully and comprehensively.
